Concrete Curb & Gutter South of East Lake Ave On-Going

This past week the contractor installed water services to individual homes along Ralmark Lane from Longmeadow Drive towards Bellwood Lane and along Bellwood Drive.

Last week, south of East Lake Avenue, the contractor graded the existing landscape, removed the existing concrete curb & gutter, excavated for curb & gutter, and installed concrete curb & gutter in areas marked to be replaced.

South of East Lake Avenue: Next week, the contractor will complete the concrete curb & gutter replacements on both sides of the roadway, continue with landscape grading, installation of topsoil, and complete the miscellaneous underground utility improvements.

North of East Lake Avenue: The contractor will continue to perform the required testing on the remaining sections of water main not previously tested. The contractor will continue to install water services along Bellwood Lane, Ralmark Lane, and Longmeadow Drive in areas that have been previously tested and approved.

During water service installation and connection to the existing service, water to individual homes will be shut off for a short period of time. The contractor will knock on the door of any home that will not have water prior to turning it off. The contractor will attempt to give each resident approximately 1 hour notice prior to turning off the water to install the water service.

Thank you for your patience during the construction operations.
